Sohail Ibrahim

Sohail qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and has been working in Immigration Law since 2013. He holds a Supervising Senior Caseworker accreditation with The Law Society of England and Wales.

He joined Newfields from a Top Tier Legal Aid firm providing advice in Immigration and Asylum. Sohail worked with Government and public agencies, businesses and private clients in his previous role. Sohail frequently represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal, prepared all private immigration applications, most notably, family life applications, citizenship and visitor visa applications.

Sohail now supports Newfields’ commitment to deliver the same in the Cardiff and Bristol regions and will also provide advice and training services tailored to NHS bodies in Wales. Sohail will continue to support the private health and care sectors.

Outside of work, Sohail coaches local Under 15’s football and cricket teams, and thoroughly enjoys DIY.
