Michelle joined Newfields with over 28 years working at a busy mining/natural resources company with offices globally. Her most recent role was Head of HR, and she has over 20 years’ experience dealing with complex HR, Immigration and health and safety matters both in the UK and overseas.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Glamorgan University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Michelle enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures.
